Creative Solutions In HealthCare is seeking a Hospitality Aide to support residents’ daily care, assist with meals, bed-making, and cleanliness, and help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. This role emphasizes reliability, a positive attitude, clear communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting as part of a caring team that puts residents first.

You will document activities and report safety concerns promptly.

Qualifications

• Accurately document information and follow care procedures.
• Communicates clearly with residents; demonstrates patience and professionalism.
• Cares deeply for residents' well-being.
• Dependable, organized; works well independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Support Nursing Services (Non-Clinical): bed-making, passing water and ice, answering call lights, gathering supplies.
• Assist with Meals: prepare, deliver, and clean up meals following dietary guidelines.
• Encourage Participation: engage residents in activities and social programs.
• Maintain Cleanliness: keep resident rooms and common areas clean and safe.
• Provide Laundry Assistance: assist with resident laundry as needed.
• Follow Safety & Compliance Standards: adhere to policies and procedures.
• Observe and Report: identify and report concerns to management or nursing staff.
• Assist as Needed: perform additional non-clinical duties to support operations.
