You will assist with nursing tasks non-clinically, help with meals, encourage participation in activities, and maintain rooms and common areas. A team-oriented, patient-focused approach is essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Nursing Services with non-clinical tasks such as bed-making, passing water and ice, answering call lights and gathering supplies.
• Prepare, deliver, and clean up meals following dietary guidelines and safety standards.
• Encourage resident participation in activities and social programs to support a positive living environment.
• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and common areas, ensuring safety and organization.
• Provide laundry assistance as needed.
• Follow safety policies and report concerns promptly to management or nursing staff.
• Perform additional non-clinical duties to support daily facility operations.
