Responsibilities

• Support Nursing Services (Non-Clinical): bed-making, passing water and ice, answering call lights, gathering supplies.
• Assist with Meals: prepare, deliver, and clean up meals following dietary guidelines.
• Encourage Participation: support residents in activities and social programs.
• Maintain Cleanliness: keep rooms and common areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Provide Laundry Assistance: assist with resident laundry services as needed.
• Follow Safety & Compliance Standards: comply with policies and procedures.
• Observe and Report: report concerns or safety issues promptly.
• Assist as Needed: perform additional non-clinical duties to support daily facility operations.
