The Bristal in East Northport is seeking compassionate Resident Service Assistants/Home Health Aides to provide essential care to our residents. In this full-time role, you will enhance the well-being and quality of life for seniors living in our community, assisting them with daily activities and fostering a comfortable environment.

Candidates should have relevant certifications and an understanding of geriatric needs, especially in providing care for those with Alzheimer's and dementia.

Qualificações

• Certified Nursing Assistant, Personal Care Attendant or Home Health Aide required.
• Experience with geriatric population preferred.
• Basic understanding of dementia and patience essential.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Escort residents to meals and activities.
• Support residents' overall well-being.
