Serenity at LGAR, a new Personal Care/Memory Care Unit located in Turtle Creek, is currently seeking a Full time Resident Care Aide. A Resident Care Aide provides daily living assistance and personal support to our ederly residents.

Core Responsibilities include:

Personal Care: Help residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and bathroom needs

Mobility Support: Assist resident with walking, transferring from beds or wheelchairs, and escorting residents to meals or activities.

Health Monitoring: GTrack physical or emotional changes and report concerns.

Daily Upkeep: Perform light housekeeping, bed-making, or laundry support.

Companionship: Provide emotional support and encouraqge participation in social activities.
