Job summary

LGAR Health and Rehabilitation Center in Turtle Creek, PA is seeking a dedicated Resident Care Aide to support our elderly residents with daily living tasks. This full-time and/or part-time role focuses on compassionate care in a calm, supportive environment that values dignity and respect.

You will assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and transfers; monitor health changes; perform light housekeeping and laundry; and provide companionship to encourage participation in activities.

Responsibilities

• Personal Care: Help residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and bathroom needs
• Mobility Support: Assist residents with walking, transferring from beds or wheelchairs, and escorting residents to meals or activities
• Health Monitoring: Track physical or emotional changes and report concerns
• Daily Upkeep: Perform light housekeeping, bed-making, or laundry support
• Companionship: Provide emotional support and encourage participation in social activities

Job description

Serenity at LGAR, a new Personal Care/Memory Care Unit located in Turtle Creek, is currently seeking a Full time Resident Care Aide. A Resident Care Aide provides daily living assistance and personal support to our ederly residents.

Core Responsibilities include:
