Job summary

Kaizen Lab Inc. is seeking a compassionate caregiver to join our team in Fredericksburg, Texas. You will assist clients with daily living activities, provide companionship, and help with meal preparation and light duties.

Starting pay is $19.00 per hour for full-time shifts, with PRN positions also available. We value reliability, clear communication, and a patient, respectful approach to care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a caregiver or in a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with clients of all ages.
• Compassionate and patient personality.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
• Provide companionship and support to clients, including engaging in activities and conversation
