Job summary

Park Vista in Wisconsin is seeking a dedicated Resident Assistant to join Willow Lane Assisted Living. Full-Time AM/PM shifts include every other weekend. Base wage is $19.00 per hour, with PTO, insurance, and a 401k after one year.

You will document care per ISP, report condition changes to the DON, respond to emergencies, assist with meals, and help with activities and light housekeeping as required. Training provided for medication reminders.

Responsibilities

• Resident Assistant will perform and document resident cares and services according to ISP (Plan of Care) per policies
• Report changes of conditions and variations of resident care to DON (Director of Nursing)
• Resident Assistant should respond promptly to all emergency response calls and take appropriate action
• Facilitate activities on the weekends and in the evenings as required
• Serve meals/feed residents during mealtimes as required
• Perform cleaning and laundry duties as necessary
• Fill in for open shifts as necessary
• Resident Assistant will perform and document vital sign monitoring per ISP (Plan of Care)
• Answer and respond to all resident calls/alarms
• Resident Assistant will perform and document medication reminders or management per resident ISP (Plan of Care) and current training and delegations (Oral, Nasal, Topical, Transdermal, Ophthalmic, Vaginal, Rectal, Subcutaneous, etc.)

RESIDENT ASSISTANT BASE WAGE: $19.00 per hour
