Job summary

Quinco Mental Health Center in Bolivar, TN seeks a staff member to supervise residents in Quinco’s supported living facilities and assist with daily activities, meals, and housekeeping. You will monitor medications, participate in planned activities, and maintain required documentation.

• Ability to read and write clearly; write brief reports on resident behavior.
• CPR and First Aid certification, and Non-violent crisis intervention training.

Responsibilities

• Provides supervision to the residents.
• Supervision of all medications taken by residents during their shift per policy.
• Meal preparation, cleaning and laundry as scheduled by the Residential Team Leader.
• Carries out activities planned by the Residential Team Leader, including recreational activities.
• Completes daily logs, reportable occurrences and medication sheets for assigned shift.
• Serves on an on-call basis.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Job Details: Job Location: Tate Road Group Home - Bolivar, TN, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Summary: To provide direct supervision, assistance, and monitoring of the residents in Quinco’s supported living facilities and related activities. To provide necessary monitoring and maintenance of the supportive living facility.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

• Provides supervision to the residents.
• Provides supervision of all medications taken by residents during their scheduled shift, in accordance with facility medication supervision policies and guidelines.
• Provides for necessary meal preparation, cleaning, and laundry task as scheduled by the Residential Team Leader.
• Carries out all activities planned by the Residential Team Leader for assigned shift, including but not limited to, recreational activities.
• Completes all required documentation for assigned shift including but not limited to, daily log notes, reportable occurrences, and medication sheets, etc.
• Serves on an on-call basis.
• Other duties may be assigned.
