Job summary

Community First Solutions in Westover, OH is seeking a Resident Assistant to provide direct, person-centered care and support residents' daily activities. You’ll assist with personal care, hygiene, mobility, meals, and companionship, helping foster dignity, independence, and belonging.

This part-time role offers 6:30pm–7:00am shifts, two days per week with every third weekend rotation, and starting pay of $16/hour based on experience. Join a mission-driven team focused on compassionate care.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive quality interactions to residents with focus on individual interests and quality of life.
• Assist nurse with managing, treating, and responding to resident care needs.
• Assist residents with daily hygiene activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.).
• Assist residents with mobility including lifting, positioning, and transporting.
• Answer resident calls in a timely manner.
• Assist residents with daily meals and feeding.
• Observe residents and note physical condition, attitude, appetite, etc., and communicate concerns to supervisor.
• Come to work as scheduled and demonstrate dependability and punctuality.

Pay: Starting at $16.00/hour, based on years of experience.
