Job summary

Community First Solutions is seeking a part‑time Resident Assistant (State Tested CNA) to provide direct, person‑centered care to residents at Berkeley Square. You will assist with daily activities, offer companionship, and help maintain residents’ dignity, independence and sense of belonging.

The role requires active Ohio Nurse Aide Registry status and a pay starting at $18.00 per hour, with every third weekend rotation.

• Active status on the Ohio Nurse Aide Registry is required.
• Part‑time PM schedule: 6:30–7:00, 36 hours per week with every third weekend rotation.
