Job summary

Clinton Manor Living Center in New Baden, IL is seeking a Resident Assistant to provide daily living support to residents in a skilled nursing environment. You will work closely with CNAs, nurses, and activities staff to help residents live meaningful, satisfying lives.

This is an hourly, non-exempt position with potential to pursue CNA certification through our in-house training program. Openings available for part-time or full-time hours, with shifts from 2 pm to 10 pm.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to take initiative and promote teamwork.
• Strong written and verbal communication; maintain confidentiality; basic charting.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily living assistance and observe residents for changes in condition.
• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Document observations and care in the electronic medical record in a timely manner.
