Job summary

Clinton Manor Living Center in New Baden, IL, is seeking licensed nurses to join a dedicated team. The nursing staff supports residents in long-term care, including those recovering from surgery, stroke, or illness.

Wages range from $30.55 to $35.05 per hour, with Full Time & Part Time shifts from 2PM-10PM, 6PM-6AM, and 6AM-6PM, including some weekend rotation. We offer insurance benefits, paid holidays, PTO and floating holidays, employee appreciation celebrations, a positive work environment,

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved LPN/LVN or RN program.
• Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN/LVN or RN in Illinois at hire.

• Strong written and verbal communication; maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents.
• Assist with charting and use of facility computer systems.

Clinton Manor also specializes in assisting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Direct Support Professionals (also known as DSPs) provide hands-on, person-centered, direct care for individuals with developmental disabilities whom reside with us.

EDUCATION & SKILLS

Must be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN or RN program and must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a LPN/LVN or RN in the state of Illinois at the time of hire. Previous experience as a long-term care nurse is preferred. Must be proficient in the use of computer and programs utilized by the facility. CPR certification is required as per guidelines at the healthcare provider level. Must have sufficient written and verbal communication skills to understand instructions and complete basic charting functions and must maintain confidentiality.
