Position: Caregiver - Weekdays, Weekends

Full-Time, Part-time | $12-15.00/hr

Responsibilities include:
  1. Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, hygiene, and mobility.
  2. Encourage socialization among residents.
  3. Assist with activity programs; conduct activities as directed by the Activity Director or supervisor.
  4. Monitor residents' health, safety, and well-being.
  5. Document residents' functional status or condition in the appropriate flow sheet binder.
  6. Provide hands-on support and eye view assistance to residents.
  7. Maintain a safe environment for residents.
  8. Report any changes or concerns regarding residents' conditions to the Director of Nursing (D.O.N.) and/or nurse on staff.
  9. Maintain accurate records of residents' meal intake, output, and bathing.
  10. Perform personal laundry for residents.
  11. Participate in monthly meetings and review all pertinent resident information in staff communication logs, daily progress notes, and flow sheets.
  12. Carry out other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
