The Waterford at West Bend, a premier retirement community in West Bend, WI, provides general nursing care to residents in an assisted living & memory care facility. We are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of those we care for. Our community is home to 20 residents in Assisted Living, 20 residents in Memory Care, and about 40 team members.

Starting pay is based on candidate's qualifications. Starting pay is $17.00 per hour for CNA, with additional incentives of $0.50 for Med Delegated, $1.00 for Weekend Warrior (every Fri/Sat/Sun), and $2.00 for other considerations.

Caregiver/Resident Assistant Responsibilities include:

• Performing and assisting with routine hygiene care
• Answering call lights promptly
• Administering medication (if certified)
• Handling laundry and light cleaning during shifts
