Job summary

Koelsch Communities is seeking a caring Caregiver for Spring Creek Inn in a role offering both full-time and part-time opportunities. Earn $23–$24 per hour depending on experience, with CNA certification paid by the company. Shifts include 2PM–10PM on all days and 6AM–2PM on weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be drug-free and submit to drug screening upon hire.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulations.
• Must gain CPR/First-Aid certification as needed per policy.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, transferring and mobility.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversation, socialization and activity while providing personal care assistance.
• Respond promptly to resident needs and seek/obtain assistance as necessary.
• Keep the environment safe and clean for residents.
• Observe and uphold resident rights at all times.
• Monitor changes in residents and report to a licensed nurse as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Do
