Job summary

Sagora Senior Living's Waterview The Cove in Granbury, TX is seeking a dedicated Resident Assistant to support residents with daily living, safety, and comfort, helping maintain dignity and independence.

You'll assist with personal care, mobility, dining, housekeeping, and transportation, while observing changes and reporting them. Join a team that values compassion, teamwork, and ongoing growth in a Great Place to Work environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• CNA certification is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff in English.

Responsibilities

• Caring for the personal needs, safety, and comfort of our residents
• Assist residents with activities of daily living including wardrobe, personal hygiene, and mobility
• Aid in daily tasks such as housekeeping, use of telephone, laundry, transportation, and mail delivery
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition and status
• Conduct rounds to monitor for hazards or incidents
• Assist in dining including escorting residents to dining room, serving, and clean up
• Other duties as assigned
