Summary

If you have experience helping people with daily tasks, have worked as a Home Health Aide, or are looking to start a career in healthcare, Sterling Suites Senior Living offers a great opportunity. As a Resident Assistant, you will deliver compassionate care, enhancing residents' quality of life with dignity and respect.

This role is ideal for those beginning or continuing a healthcare career. Responsibilities include assisting residents with personal care, social interaction, leisure, and recreation.

Starting pay is $13 per hour. The typical schedule is five 8-hour shifts per week, with an every-other-weekend rotation. Specific schedules will be discussed during the interview. We offer flexible options for Part-Time, Full-Time, or PRN employment to support your lifestyle.
