Bayview Assisted Living in Muskego, WI is seeking passionate Resident Assistants/Med Passers to join our growing nursing team. As a Resident Assistant you will provide basic patient care under the direction of our nursing staff, including medication administration, linen changes, transporting, feeding and grooming.

Requirements include a Wisconsin CBRF Certification in good standing and, while not required, medication administration experience.

Qualifications

• Wisconsin CBRF certification in good standing.
• Medication administration experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Passion for working with the aging population.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work rotating weekends.

Responsabilités

• Provide basic patient care under the direction of nursing staff.
• Administer medications as directed.
• Change bed linen, transport residents, assist with feeding and grooming.
