Resident Assistant (PRN) - All Shifts Available

Join FREEDOM POINTE AT THE VILLAGES, LLC as a Resident Assistant (PRN) and provide essential support to residents across all shifts.

Position Details
  • Pay Range: $16.00/hr - $23.00/hr, based on experience
  • Shift Options: Day (6:30am-2:30pm), Evening (2:30pm-10:30pm), Night (10:30pm-6:30am)
  • Department: Assisted Living
  • Status: PRN (as needed)
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED, or related experience
  • Proven ability to observe and document resident health changes
  • Current Basic First Aid and CPR certification (required by some states)
  • LLAM Certified (Med Tech) preferred
Essential Job Functions
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living as per their Care Plan
  • Train and orient new staff members
  • Perform clerical duties as directed
  • Support staff with verbal encouragement
  • Prioritize tasks to meet residents' needs
  • Communicate with residents, families, and staff as needed
  • Assist with medication reminders and self-administration, if certified
  • Perform housekeeping and dining duties as part of universal worker responsibilities
  • Observe safety protocols and report unsafe conditions
  • Ensure accuracy and thoroughness in work
