Job summary

Harmony Senior Services is hiring a Resident Assistant/Personal Care Aide to provide quality daily living support to residents in Nashville. You will assist with ADLs, housekeeping, meals, and activity participation, ensuring safety and confidentiality at all times.

Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED, completed PCA training, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain within 60 days is required; weekend and holiday flexibility is needed.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have completed an approved Personal Care Aide program per state regulations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Perform housekeeping tasks in resident rooms and common areas.
• Respond promptly to resident calls and emergencies.
• Assist in planning and leading activity programs for residents.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
• Assist new residents with move-in and provide emotional support.
