Diamond Willow Assisted Living & Memory Care in Little Falls, MN is seeking a Resident Assistant to support residents with daily activities and personal care. You will work as part of a compassionate team to promote independence, dignity, and joy.

The role offers flexible shifts across all schedules, paid training, and opportunities to grow into lead caregiver positions. Compensation ranges from $17.50 to $19.50 per hour based on experience.

• Provide direct personal care and assist with daily activities to maintain residents' independence and dignity.
• Administer daily medications as directed and coordinate with care teams.
• Foster meaningful connections and a supportive, enriching environment for residents.
• Monitor residents' physical and emotional health as part of a holistic well-being plan.
• Offer kindness, patience, and understanding to residents and their families.
• Create joyful moments through activities that promote belonging and purpose.
• Prepare and serve meals per dietary requirements and preferences.
• Perform housekeeping duties in resident rooms and common areas and provide laundry services.
