Job Description

As a Resident Assistant, you will support residents with daily activities, promote independence, and respect their privacy, while ensuring their well-being and overall experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, medication reminders, and dressing
• Escort residents to dining and activities
• Respond promptly to emergency calls
• Report changes in resident conditions to management
• Deliver meal trays and assist with housekeeping and meal service
• Participate in cross-training and perform additional duties as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Preferred CNA and First Aid certification
• 0-2 years of experience
• Good communication skills
• Ability to interpret instructions and respond effectively
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work with residents exhibiting disruptive behaviors
