Job summary

Park Vista The Legacy in Waupaca is looking for Part- and Full-Time Resident Assistants to support our four core values: Dignity, Collaboration, Compassion, and Transparency. We offer a sign-on bonus and competitive hourly wages with shift differentials to reward evenings and weekends.

Starting wage is $17.00/hour with PM and NOC differentials and a weekend differential of $1.50/hour. We provide benefits, PTO, and opportunities to grow within the Park Vista team.

Responsibilities

• Resident Assistant will perform and document resident cares and services according to ISP (Plan of Care) per policies
• Report changes of conditions and variations of resident care to DON (Director of Nursing)
• Resident Assistant should respond promptly to all emergency response calls and take appropriate action
• Facilitate activities on the weekends and in the evenings as required
• Serve meals/feed residents during mealtimes as required
• Perform cleaning and laundry duties as necessary
• Fill in for open shifts as necessary
• Resident Assistant will perform and document vital sign monitoring per ISP (Plan of Care)
• Answer and respond to all resident calls/alarms
• Resident Assistant will perform and document medication reminders or management per resident ISP (Plan of Care) and current training and delegations (Oral, Nasal, Topical, Transdermal, Ophthalmic, Vaginal, Rectal, Subcutaneous, etc.)

• $1500 Part-Time Resident Assistant


• $3000 Full - Time Resident Assistant

RESIDENT ASSISTANT WAGE: Up to $19.50 per hour

• Starting Wage $17.00 per hour


• PM Shift Differential $0.50 per hour


• NOC Shift Differential $1.00 per hour


• Weekend Shift Differential $1.50 per hour
