Qualifications

Must be a MoWest full‑time student (minimum of 12 hours undergrad or 6 hours graduate).
Maintain a minimum cumulative and semester GPA of 2.5 or above.
Must have completed at least one University/College semester before start.
Must be available to move in August 17, 2026 for training.

Responsibilities

Assist in the administrative operation of the building including opening and closing periods.
Attend and participate in training, staff meetings, and one‑on‑one’s with supervisor and training.
Document residential and university policy violations.
Develop community by education through programs.
Create and maintain positive relationships with residents.
Cover front desk duties and participate in staff training.
Be available for weekly training and department meetings.
Host open‑door hours and respond to resident questions in the evenings.
