Ecumen is seeking a Resident Assistant in Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, responsible for providing personal care and maintaining the well-being of residents. This role involves assisting with daily living activities, documenting care provided, and supporting seniors effectively in a compassionate environment. Candidates must be at least 17 years old and ideally possess a high school diploma, with a preference for those with CNA or Home Health Aide certifications.
The Resident Assistant is responsible for providing personal care and delegated health-related services designed to maintain the resident’s physical and emotional well-being. This position is responsible for following the service schedule for each resident and correctly documents services provided.
