Job description

Due to increased occupancy, we are hiring additional caregivers.We need full-time, part-time, and PRN 7A-7P for days and 7P-7A for nights.

Resident Assistant Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assists residents in activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, transferring, toileting, and feeding

• Provides care in a manner that protects and promotes resident rights, dignity, privacy, confidentiality, self-determination, and active participation

• Observes and immediately reports to the supervisor unusual occurrences, significant changes in the resident's physical or behavioral condition

• Making the residents' beds and keeping their living areas clean and tidy

• Transport Residents within the facility

• Assist nurses and other staff as needed
