Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking compassionate team members to provide daily living assistance in a supportive senior living environment in Libertyville, IL. The role focuses on resident care, safety, and empathy while maintaining residents’ comfort and dignity.

You will assist with grooming, bathing, mobility, and daily activities, transport residents to activities, respond to emergencies, and follow care plans to monitor vital signs and overall well-being.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• All state educational requirements for the position must be met.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Experience working with an elderly population is preferred.
• A calm, helpful, and respectful countenance is appreciated.
