Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking dedicated staff to provide compassionate personal care to residents on a PRN basis. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, transporting residents to activities and meals, and responding to emergencies in a timely and safe manner.

The role requires adherence to care plans, ability to obtain vital signs, and a calm, respectful demeanor. Benefits include medical/dental/vision insurance options and a 401(k) plan with paid time off

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• All state educational requirements for the position must be met.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Experience working with an elderly population is preferred.

Job Description

Schedule: PRN, at least one shift every two weeks.

• Responding to emergency calls, resident and/or visitor requests, and environmental hazards in a timely, appropriate, and safe manner.


• Reviewing and adhering to resident care plans as well as obtaining vital signs.
