WesleyLife is seeking a Resident Assistant/Medication Manager for the Bettendorf campus to support residents on the 2nd shift. You will administer medications, assist with daily living activities, monitor health, and maintain meticulous documentation to ensure safety and compliance.

The role offers part-time evening hours with shift differentials, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for education reimbursement within a supportive caregiving environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older (This is a requirement to pass medication)
• Must pass online Medication Manager course within 90 days of employment
• 1 year of previous Assisted Living or LTC experience

Responsabilités

• Administer medications to residents according to prescribed schedules, ensuring accuracy and adherence to medication management protocols.
• Assist residents with daily living activities, including grooming, dressing, and meal preparation, promoting their independence and well-being.
• Monitor residents' health and well-being, promptly reporting any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals and family members.
• Maintain accurate documentation of medication administration and resident care activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and protocols.
