A Typical Day for a Resident Assistant/Medication Manager with The Summit of Bettendorf

• You will be responsible for serving our residents in a 40-apartment assisted living and memory care area. Whether you are assisting with activities of daily living, personal care, cleaning, or helping with activities, our resident assistant can help our residents maintain an environment of belonging, community, and safety in their homes at The Summit.

We are ready to create a schedule that suits your needs! Providing partial shifts, accommodating student schedules, and much more! You will have the ability to decide on your shift duration and working hours.

Current Openings:

• 1st Shift (6:30am-2:00pm) Part-Time
• 2nd Shift (2:00pm-10:00pm) Part-Time
• PRN

Compensation:

• The pay range for this position is $15.26-$23.20/hour. The starting pay rate will be based on years of experience.
• Daily Pay: Use this free app to access your wages before payday to handle unexpected expenses.

Shift Differential Incentives:

• Evening Shift: Additional $1.50/hr
• Night Shift: Additional $2.00/hr
