Role: Care Aides

Care aides are vital members of the Juniper team, providing physical support to help residents stay engaged, safe, and independent.

Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, hair care, shaving, continence management, securing transportation, managing appointments, using the telephone, dining, and participating in Juniper programs.
  • Monitor vital signs as instructed.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, residents, and families.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
  • Caregiving experience: 1 year (Preferred)
