Work Details:

  • Shift: 8 Hours - Night Shifts (United States of America)
  • Scheduled Weekly Hours: 16
  • Salary Range: $14.50 - $22.50

Summary

Provides care to residents in a safe, caring, and efficient manner, following location standards, procedures, and individualized care plans. Participates in training to acquire skills for higher levels of resident care where applicable.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with outerwear, shoes, and maintaining a clean appearance.
  • Meet residents' spiritual, social, and personal needs, respecting their privacy and confidentiality.
  • Document care provided and communicate observations to staff.
  • Work collaboratively with team members, residents, and their families.
  • Respond promptly to residents' call lights and requests for help.
  • Maintain safety and infection control procedures.
Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. If working with residents requiring lifts, must meet minimum state age requirements.
