Job summary

Leisure Care in Kennewick, WA is seeking a part-time Resident Assistant II to provide compassionate, hands-on support for our residents. You will assist with daily living activities, help with medications, and may step in as a shift lead to ensure safety and comfort.

You will work with a caring team to monitor changes, document observations, and support new staff while building positive relationships with residents and families. Light duties may include housekeeping.

Qualifications

• Experience in assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Caring, positive, and professional attitude toward aging adults.
• Active CNA certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support with daily living activities (ADLs).
• Make observations, record changes, and communicate resident needs with the team.
• Support orientation and training for new staff members.
• Build respectful relationships with residents, families, and coworkers.
• Assist with light housekeeping or laundry as needed.
