Job summary

Benedictine Living Community-Winona seeks a dedicated Resident Assistant for full-time daytime hours to support residents with daily living activities and maintain a caring environment in Winona, MN.

You will document observations, assist with onboarding, and help create meaningful connections with residents, delivering compassionate care and attention to safety and comfort.

Qualifications

• Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies.
• Must be 18 to operate lift equipment per statue.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.
