Job summary

Harmony Senior Services in Douglasville, Georgia is seeking a Resident Assistant/Personal Care Aide (PCA) to provide quality daily living assistance to residents. You will support residents with activities of daily living, help with housekeeping, and respond to calls and emergencies.

The role requires excellent communication, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it within 60 days, and willingness to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must have completed an approved personal care aide program per state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Perform housekeeping tasks in resident areas and apartments.
• Respond promptly to resident calls for assistance or emergencies.
• Assist residents with move-in transitions and provide emotional support.
• Plan and conduct activity programs for residents.
