As a participant of the Resident Assistant - CNA Training Program, you will start your healthcare career journey as a resident assistant and quickly transition to a certified nursing assistant, all while working in our assisted living residence.

Not only will we pay for your CNA Class and testing fees, but we will pay you to attend the class that best works with your schedule.

How this program works:

  1. Apply to participate in the Resident Assistant - CNA Training Program.
  2. Participate in a successful interview.
  3. Start working as a resident assistant.
  4. After 3 successful months working as a resident assistant, sign up for a CNA class schedule that works with YOUR schedule. Dove Healthcare covers all costs!
  5. Participate in the 75-hour CNA Class - WE WILL PAY YOU TO ATTEND!
  6. Take the state exam to obtain your Wisconsin Nurse Aide Certification.
  7. Upon successfully completing the CNA Class and passing the state exam, you will be eligible for a wage increase.
