Job Details

(2) FT days 7am-7pm, pay rate $17 per hour.

Duties include:

1. Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, hygiene, and mobility.
2. Encourage socialization among residents.
3. Assist with the activity program; conduct activities as directed by the Activity Director or assigned by supervisor.
4. Monitor health, safety, and well-being of the residents.
5. Document information pertaining to residents' functional status or condition in appropriate flow sheet binder.
6. Provide Hands-On support/Eye View to residents.
7. Assist in keeping the environment safe for residents.
8. Report any changes or concerns regarding residents' condition to D.O.N. and/or Nurse on staff.
9. Maintain an accurate record of resident meals intake, output, and bathing records.
10. Do personal laundry for residents.
11. Carry out other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
12. Attend/Participate in monthly meetings and read all pertinent resident information in staff communication logs, daily progress notes, and flow sheets.
13. Background check and drug test required.
