Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a dedicated full-time caregiver to assist residents with activities of daily living, including grooming and personal care, while maintaining a safe and supportive environment in Mason, OH.

The role requires a High School diploma, compliance with state requirements, and CPR certification is a plus. Prior experience with elder care is preferred, and a calm, respectful demeanor is valued in this team-oriented setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• All state educational requirements met for the position.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Experience with elderly population preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing residents with assistance in activities of daily living such as grooming, bathing, and maintaining their personal environment.
• Transporting residents within the community to activities, other departments, or dining.
• Responding to emergency calls, resident and/or visitor requests, and environmental hazards in a timely, appropriate, and safe manner.
• Reviewing and adhering to resident care plans, as well as obtaining vital signs.
