Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities in Ohio is seeking a dedicated caregiver to support residents in activities of daily living, from grooming to mobility assistance, across a 6am-2pm shift.

You will respond to emergencies, follow care plans, and help maintain a safe, comfortable living environment while adhering to facility policies. CPR preferred; prior elder-care experience is a plus. Spectrum offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Experience working with an elderly population preferred.
• A calm, helpful, and respectful countenance is appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Provide residents with assistance in activities of daily living (grooming, bathing, personal environment).
• Transport residents within the community to activities, other departments, or dining.
• Respond to emergency calls, resident/visitor requests, and environmental hazards promptly and safely.
• Review and adhere to resident care plans and obtain vital signs.
