Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking a Resident Assistant (RA) to provide high-quality direct routine care in daily living activities under supervision. The RA will support tenants according to the Service Plan, assisting with basic nursing tasks and restorative services while addressing mental health and social needs.

The role works with an interdisciplinary team to promote independence, dignity, and the best possible physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being for residents in Minnesota

Qualifications

• Experience in the healthcare industry; experience in long-term care or assisted living preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide tenants with direct routine care in activities of daily living under supervision of licensed nurse or AL Clinical Manager.
• Apply skills in basic nursing, personal care and basic restorative services as per Service Plan.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to promote independence and the tenants' well-being.
