How you will make an impact:

As a Resident Assistant (RA) at Tapestry Senior Living, you will provide personal care and health-related services to support the physical and emotional well-being of residents in the community. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living tasks such as dressing, grooming, housekeeping, and laundry, while promoting independence and a clean, safe environment. You’ll document care, report any resident condition changes, and complete necessary paperwork using the Point of Care system. The role also requires knowledge of state regulations, participation in activities, collaboration with team members, and support during emergencies. Flexibility, compassion, and effective communication are key, along with assisting in meal service, training new staff, and other duties as assigned.

Schedule Varies: The schedule for this role is day shift, 7:00am-3:00pm, with both full and part-time positions available. Occasional weekends and holidays required.

What you will need:

  • High school education (Preferred).
  • HHA Certificate (Preferred).
  • 1 year of caregiving or assisted living experience (Preferred).
  • Able to follow written instructions and understand basic medical terms in English.
