Koelsch Communities seeks a compassionate Caregiver for Creekside Inn memory care. This full-time role supports residents with daily living, safety, and personalized assistance, delivering high-quality care with dignity.

You’ll work a rotating 4-on/2-off schedule, earn $20-$21 per hour, and have access to comprehensive benefits, paid time off, and a CNA certification program funded by the company. Growth opportunities are available within the organization.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, transferring, mobility).
• Engage residents in conversation and activities while providing care.
• Respond promptly to resident needs and request for care.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment for residents.
• Observe resident rights and report changes to a licensed nurse.

Who You Are

You pride yourself in providing exceptional hospitality and personal assistance. This role delivers in a safe and efficient manner the highest quality individualized assistance program to all residents.

What You'll Do

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, transferring, and mobility
• Engage residents in meaningful conversation, socialization, and activity while providing personal care assistance
• Responds to all resident needs and/or requests for care promptly, and provides or obtains assistance with care as necessary
• Keep the environment safe and clean for residents
• Observe and uphold resident rights at all times
• Observe residents for changes in physical, emotional, mental, or behavioral condition, unusual symptoms, accidents, injuries, or unusual occurrences, and report promptly to a licensed nurse
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be drug-free and submit to drug screening upon hire
• Must have ability to gain CPR/ First-Aid certification as needed in accordance with company policy and applicable state rules and regulations.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulations
