We are currently seeking an outstanding Resident Assistant to join our team.

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities:
  1. Assist all residents with a high quality of personal care, including but not limited to; bathing, dressing, grooming, shaving, incontinent care, foot care, vital signs, height and weight checks per policy.
  2. Assist residents with mealtime. Cut food. Encourage to eat.
  3. Complete and document shift assignments as assigned, if unable to complete, report to nursing supervisor.
  4. Communicate to residents, families, department managers, Wellness Nurse and Executive Director when needed.
  5. Provide activities as planned and/or directed.
  6. Respond to call lights and emergencies in a timely manner.
Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:
  1. High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
  2. One (1) year experience working as a CNA/PCA/HHA/RA preferred.
