We are currently seeking an outstanding Resident Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist residents with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, shaving, incontinent care, foot care, vital signs, and height and weight checks per policy.
2. Assist residents during mealtime by cutting food and encouraging eating.
3. Complete and document shift assignments; report any incomplete tasks to the nursing supervisor.
4. Communicate effectively with residents, families, department managers, Wellness Nurse, and Executive Director as needed.
5. Provide activities as planned and/or directed.
6. Respond promptly to call lights and emergencies.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or GED required.
2. One (1) year experience as a CNA/PCA/HHA/RA preferred.
