Job summary

Carefree Living by Oxford Living in McGregor, MN is seeking Resident Assistants/Caregivers to join our assisted living community. This full-time PM/NOC position offers shift differential for PM and overnight hours, with wages of $17.00-$18.00 per hour.

We provide resident-centered care in a supportive team environment, paid training, and opportunities for professional development. CNA certification is not required; strong communication and caregiving passion are valued.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience preferred, but not required.
• CNA certification is NOT REQUIRED
• Must have a passion for providing excellent care and customer service.
• Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills, and problem-solving skills
• Position requires computer use; knowledge of Internet and Microsoft Office is required.

Our McGregor Carefree Living facility of Minnesota is looking for Resident Assistant's/Caregiver's to join our growing and established Assisted Living community. Schedule:

Full-time PM/NOC

Shift differential for PM extra $2.00 and overnight extra $2.50
