Job summary

Carefree Living by Oxford Living is seeking Resident Assistants for the St. Cloud, MN area. We offer full and part-time AM/PM and overnight positions with shift differentials of $2.00 for PM shifts and $2.50 for overnights.

• CNA Certification Is NOT REQUIRED.

• Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills.
• Must meet physical requirements and pass background check.

Our St Cloud Carefree Living facility of Minnesota is looking for Full and Part Time AM/PM and Overnight Resident Assistants to join our growing and established Assisted Living community. Schedule

• Full- time PM, PT overnights and casual positions available
• Additional shift differential of $2.00 for PM shifts and $2.50 for overnights

Responsibilities

• Relationship building and ensuring the ultimate level of care and customer service is provided
• Assist adults with activities of daily living
• Provide a safe, healthy and productive daily living environment
• Increase quality of life by being respectful, professional, and understanding of the client's needs
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience preferred, but not required
• CNA Certification Is NOT REQUIRED
• Must have a passion for providing excellent care and customer service
• Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills, and problem-solving skills
• Pass basic written competency and skills test
• Position requires computer use; knowledge of Internet and Microsoft Office is required
• Selected candidate must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position and will be subject to a DHS and criminal background study

Salary

Salary: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
