We are currently seeking a dedicated Resident Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing high-quality personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, shaving, incontinent care, foot care, vital signs, and height and weight checks according to policy.
• Assisting residents during mealtime, including cutting food and encouraging eating.
• Completing and documenting shift assignments; reporting any incomplete tasks to the nursing supervisor.
• Communicating effectively with residents, families, department managers, Wellness Nurse, and Executive Director as needed.
• Planning and providing activities as directed.
• Responding promptly to call lights and emergencies.

Qualifications include:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of experience as a CNA/PCA/HHA/RA preferred.
