We are currently seeking an outstanding Resident Assistant to join our team. Here are some of the daily responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, shaving, incontinent care, foot care, vital signs, and height and weight checks per policy.
  • Assist residents during mealtime, including cutting food and encouraging eating.
  • Complete and document shift assignments; report any incomplete tasks to the nursing supervisor.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, department managers, the Wellness Nurse, and the Executive Director as needed.
  • Provide activities as planned or directed.
  • Respond promptly to call lights and emergencies.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • One (1) year experience as a CNA/PCA/HHA/RA preferred.
