We are currently seeking a dedicated Resident Assistant to join our team. Here are some of the daily responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, shaving, incontinent care, foot care, vital signs, and height and weight checks according to policy.
  • Support residents during mealtime by assisting with eating and encouraging nutrition.
  • Complete and document shift assignments; report any incomplete tasks to the nursing supervisor.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, department managers, Wellness Nurse, and Executive Director as needed.
  • Provide activities as planned or directed to promote engagement and well-being.
  • Respond promptly to call lights and emergencies to ensure resident safety.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • One (1) year of experience as a CNA, PCA, HHA, or RA preferred.
